Policies


Cancellations:In the unlikely event that you must cancel, please note: a) Anytime a reservation is cancelled a $25 cancellation fee per night cancelled will be charged to the credit card provided to secure reservation. b) If cancellation is not received by 3pm (Central Time) 24 hours prior to reserved arrival date, one night room and tax will be charged to the credit card provided to secure reservation, plus a hotel fee of $25 per each additional night cancelled in addition to the one night charge. c) If no cancellation notice is received the full reservation amount will be charged. If your reservation is during a major conference or event in the Houston area, the cancellation policy is 3 days and the full amount is charged and is non-refundable. Group reservations and private event cancellation is 15 days and is non-refundable . Please note that when you make a reservation we are holding that specifically for you and when you cancel we do charge a cancellation fee for holding the room, returning to inventory or administration costs, and hence it puts a hardship on our business. We are a small hotel/bnb and do not have the same booking capabilities as a large chain hotels. 
Overnight Accommodations :Please note that when booking an overnight room it is for accommodations only based on double occupancy . If you would like to book  the bed and breakfast for a meeting , event , bridal event, private event or for professional photography sittings, please inquire about pricing. Group bookings do not include event facilities , but may be booked separately. Separate charges apply for rental of facility for parties, dressing rooms for outside guests, photographers or anything other than overnight accommodations.Major holiday bookings, major convention dates , and special event dates require a non-refundable deposit of 1/2  of stay and 15 day cancellation notice (deposit non-refundable if cancelled).  Children (6 and above) and dogs are welcome in the bed and breakfast.  
Billing:Typically we do not bill your card until  check-out . We pre-bill for holidays,  major conference dates and special events dates. 
Check In Time: After 12:00 p.m. or self check-in. 
Check Out:By 11:00 a.m. on scheduled day of departure. We know that arrival times cannot always be known, so if you need to check in earlier or late please call for self check-in instructions. My cell number is 281-265-0008. 
Smoking: Honey Farm B&B is a non smoking facility. Smoking is permitted in outside areas and balconies only. Candles, incense burning, pipes, cigars or anything that burns is absolutely not permitted inside. A $200.00 fine is assessed if violated. 

Children:  We love them and they love the animals, but unfortunately our B&B is not suitable for all children. Please call in advance for pre approval. 
Pets: We are pet lovers , but due to the variety of animals on the premises; all pets must be pre approved. Please call in advance.
Stairs and Safety:Here at Honey Farm there are several stairs to navigate . If you have special concerns please ask ahead of time. Sorry we are not handicap assessable. 
Parking & Taxes: Parking is on site. one car per room. or three cars for apartment. Texas hotel/motel tax is 17% of your nightly rate. 

Please excuse all the policies. We really are a great place to stay and one that strives to have you return to time and time again. Owners live on site.
